Can You Improve Your Memory?

“Memory” is the activity carried out in our brains to recall information
that we have gained through experiences in our lives. However, it is a complex process
which involves various parts of the brain, and serves us all in very different ways.

It can either be short term or long term.

If you are one of many people who think that they have a poor memory,
this may be because you do not know of effective ways in which to
not only acquire the information, but also the way in which
your brain processes it.

However, unless you are suffering from some type of disease, disorder or injury,
you should have the ability to improve your memory.

Although many people think that they have a bad memory, in truth, they don’t.

In fact, most of us have really good memories; it’s just that we are not well practiced
in using them to their full effectiveness.

Yet, if this is true, then why do some people find it so hard to remember certain things?

We do all have the potential to remember anything that we want to remember.
It is just a matter of us exercising the old gray cells (the brain) enough.

One of the helpful eBooks I have to offer from my Health & Wellness Digital Package
is How to Improve Your Memory and I can honestly say
I took advantage of a couple of the tricks in the book myself. :-)

Here is a video with Dr. Angela Chen on How To Improve Your Memory

Safety & Social Media Sharing

I came across a very chilling and important message today about being safe when using the Internet
and Social Media Web Sites. It is really common sense but so many do not pay attention to how much
personal information they are sharing with the entire world!

My friend, Kim Beasley, had an excellent post on her blog today, titled
“How much is TOO much Sharing on Social Media” and a video clip
about this subject that I just HAD to share with MY readers!

Being a business person with this Health & Wellness Blog, a Virtual Assistance Site,
my Health & Wellness Products, an eZine for Marketers and Small Biz owners,
an online store, an eBay store and a Digital Products Superstore, I tend to
really value my social media platforms. I am pretty partial to twitter and Facebook
but use others as well.

I try to pay close attention to what I am saying and revealing to “the world”
when I post or update to these and other sites and hopefully am doing so safely.

Hopefully, my sharing the post from Kim Beasley and the video clip she shares
will make people pay a bit more attention to the things they so freely share online
in their own social media lives.

I would love to get your comments on both this post and the post and video presented by Kim.

Understanding Depression

Did you know that ten million Americans are affected by depression every year?
That more women than men suffer from depression?

Depression is no laughing matter. It is a serious debilitating disease
that affects every facet of life for the sufferer.
Sadly it is also on the increase at an alarming rate.

Unfortunately many people with depression either go undiagnosed or misdiagnosed
due to a lack of knowledge. This is scary because for the depressed person,
life can become a living hell leading to serious consequences.

The first step is discovering if you do suffer from depression.

The next step is understanding what depression is all about and how to deal with it.

Most information about depression is written in technical terms
and unless you are a trained therapist you will need
a medical dictionary to decipher the content.

What’s really needed is a guide that is easy to read and understand.

That’s where “DEPRESSION, A Misunderstood DISEASE” comes in.
It is unlike anything else out there that discusses depression.

Stephanie Mallet was surprised by the terrible effect that depression had
on a close friend and, especially, the consequences for that friend’s family
as they tried to cope without proper support.

She says that many people just joke about depression but it is too serious for that.

She realized that she could write a simple, straight-forward guide
that would help to prepare those people that suffered from the disease.

She did just that withDEPRESSION, A Misunderstood DISEASE.

This is just one of the wonderful and useful products in my
1 Helluva Resale Package for health and wellness.

Although just purchasing the collection for the wealth of information
is a smart move, you can also literally build a health and wellness
related digital business with just this package!
